Documents consisting of more than 1 page must be bound together with ribbon and sealed otherwise they will be rejected by the Philippine Embassy.  This should be carried out by a UK Notary Public.   We also require a copy of your passport to submit to the Philippine Embassy. The passport must be in the same name as the subject person on the documents.  If you have any questions, please call us for free help and guidance on +44 20 8882 7889 or email us
